How to Pay

We accept a number of different payment options to help you pay the amount you owe.

You may set up a payment plan on our website, by registering for an online account. Alternative payment options are detailed below.

If your account requires urgent payment to avoid legal action, you can Contact Us to discuss your account.

Recurring Debit Card plan

Make automatic card payments under a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) on a date where you are guaranteed to have funds in your bank account so you don’t miss a payment. You can set up a recurring Debit Card plan by calling us on the telephone number located in our Contact Us page.

A CPA authorises us to withdraw the agreed amount from your specified account on an agreed ongoing basis. CPAs can be set up weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. Click here for more comprehensive CPA terms.

Direct Debit

You can choose to set up a monthly Direct Debit on one of the following dates:

  • 1st
  • 8th
  • 15th
  • 25th

You can set up a Direct Debit for minimum instalments of £10 by calling us on the relevant number from our Contact Us page. If you are unable to meet the minimum instalment amount, you can set up a recurring Debit Card plan by calling us on the telephone number located in our Contact Us page.

With a Direct Debit you are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

Payment by telephone

When you Contact Us a member of our team can process your payment or help set up your Recurring Debit Card or Direct Debit plan.
